Shipping + Returns
Shipping prices are automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. Most orders should leave our location within 2-3 days of receiving your order.

In the event an incorrect or undeliverable address is provided to us by a purchaser, we will re-ship the item to an amended address once the package has been returned to our location. Any additional shipping costs or fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
Quarterly subscription boxes (full size and mini boxes) are auto-billed through Stripe/MoonClerk. These boxes will continue to auto-bill until the customer cancels their subscription via their MoonClerk account. All cancellations to boxes must happen prior to the quarterly auto-bill date in order to not be charged for the current quarter. Naturally Curated is unable to refund boxes that have already shipped, post billing cycle.
Custom orders will require different lead times, and possibly shipping options. We are happy to provide an individualized consult to address questions or concerns related to custom orders.
Your order will be mindfully packaged using eco-friendly materials, in an ongoing effort to support sustainability. Our boxes are 100% post-consumer and post-industrial content, custom sized to reduce waste, fully recyclable and biodegradable, and made in the USA.
RETURNS + Refunds
Naturally Curated Return policy: Returns are accepted within 30 days of original purchase in original packaging only. We do our best to treat our customers fairly; we ask that our customers treat us fairly, as well.
We cannot accept returns on opened or used products.
We cannot accept returns on custom orders.
We cannot accept returns on quarterly subscriptions.
Refunds will be provided in full for the amount of the product total, originally paid (excluding shipping charges).
It can take between 5-10 business days for the money to be returned to your card (from the date it has been refunded in our system).
